Major lines of scientific research:
- Experimental pharmacokinetic studies on novel drugs designed on the basis of pharmacologically active substances;
- Clinical pharmacokinetic studies on novel substances, including phase I clinical trials;
- Biotransformation assessment of different drugs;
- Experimental and clinical study on relationship between pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic parameters of different drugs;
- Biopharmaceutical issues evaluation aimed to design the optimal drug formulations;
- Bioavailability assessment of reproduced drugs in experiment and bioequivalence evaluation in clinic according to RF Ministry of Health Care Pharmacological Committee decision;
- Education and training of specialists in pharmacokinetics;
17 Ph.D and 3 Doctor theses were supported in the Lab.
